DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP / INTERNSHIP PROGRAMMES:
Altron Bytes People Solutions are seeking candidates to enrol in their learnership and Internship programmes for a period of 12 months. The company aims to empower South African unemployed youth with these opportunities, and give them the chance to gain a National Qualification Framework (NQF) qualification while acquiring knowledge and practical skills in the workplace.
Duration: 12 Months
Altron Bytes People Solutions learnership and internship programmes lead to a range of National Certificates – from NQF Level 2 to 5, in a range of areas. Some of the key focus areas include:
- Business Administration
- Business Analysis
- Contact Centre
- Education Development and Training (EDTP)
- Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS)
- Generic Management
- Information Technology
- Marketing & Sales
- New Venture Creation
- Project Management
- Wholesale & Retail Operations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Age requirements: must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Education requirement: must have completed Matric and have a valid (NSC certificate)
- Students who have completed diploma or degree in any field are welcome to apply
- Must be unemployed and not studying full-time
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Must be fluent in English – be able to communicate and have good interpersonal skills
- Must be presentable
- Candidates with disabilities are welcome to apply – they will be required to provide a valid medical certificate
