On August 6, 2013, it made its Game Show Network (GSN) debut. Mark Labbett, known only as “The Beast” on air, played the role of the “chaser” and was hosted by Brooke Burns. ABC debuted a reboot of the programme on January 7, 2021.
Sara Haines is the host, and the original cast included James Holzhauer (a former competitor on the GSN version), Ken Jennings, and Brad Rutter, the chasers Jeopardy! champions. In June 2021, Labbett made a comeback as a chaser.
He and Jennings both stepped down in 2022. Buzzy Cohen, Brandon Blackwell, and Victoria Groce take their place.

The Chase Game Show 2025-2026 Entry Criteria:
Participants in the game compete in a quiz show to win money by taking on a trivia expert known as the “chaser.” Each competitor takes part in a solo “chase” known as the Cash Builder.
whereby they try to complete as many questions in 60 seconds to collect as much money as they can to add to a team reward pool. Participants must check out the below-given entry criteria for the show.
- Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Applicants must be lawful residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
- You’ve never had a felony conviction against you.
- Participants must be physically and mentally good.
- No DA/TA will be given by the authority.

How to Apply for the The Chase Game Show 2025-2026 :
In a general quiz competition, participants compete against one another to win cash prizes. In the show, three contestants work in teams to answer questions in 60 seconds and win as much money as they can against the Beast, a quiz master.
After the show, any team members who are still standing can win money from the team bank. The remaining competitors compete against the Beast in the final round for the whole sum that has been banked.
